STEPS

The process of choosing the right carpet can be an overwhelming experience. Considering how long we’ve been established, we can assure you that our helpful and professional team can guide you along to make the experience effortless.

Please follow steps to the right to start the process

Step 1- Enquiry

At the point of your initial enquiry we would encourage you to provide as much information as possible i.e. Floor plans, is there underfloor hearting ? Is there an existing covering to be removed? is the sub floor wood/ concrete? And visit our showroom in Putney, where you’ll meet our welcoming and professional team and view our array of ranges,

Whilst we appreciate that visiting the showroom is not always possible, rest assured that our team will find a way to take the process forward

Step 2 - Site Survey & Quote

once we’ve established step 1, a mutually convenient appointment will be agreed after which a written quotation will be provided

Step 3 - Order & Installation

Once you have confirmed your order and if possible, at the said time an installation date will be agreed or shortly thereafter. you will also be advised of the fitters ETA on the afternoon prior

Step 4 - Aftercare
